Embroidered badges are the traditional version of this type of badge where the design is embroidered onto a backing. Each Colour is stitched in turn giving a raised finish. As the detail is stitched this type of badge is more suited to simpler designs. If you have a complicated design we will help simplify it to suit this process and achieve stunning results.
The badges either come with no backing for you to sew on, iron on adhesive (our favourite) or a Velcro backing for easy removal when needed. Edging can be either traditionally overlocked with a coloured stich to give a nice border or simply heat cut to give a clean edge.
